Hi, I’m Jillian, a Wilmington native and the owner of Drift Esthetics which is located in the heart of Porters Neck. Drift Esthetics was established in December of 2019, and is proud to be Porters Neck first esthetics studio! I have a huge passion for what I do, with expertise in medical & clinical grade skincare, that is sure to deliver the results you need! Without my amazing clients support and love I wouldn’t be living out my dream of owning my esthetics business. I’m so grateful for what Drift Esthetics has become and I can’t wait to see where the future takes Drift Esthetics. In August of 2019, I obtained my Esthetics License at Cape Fear Community College. I am also certified in: professional makeup artistry, lash lifts, BioBrasion Hydroderm, Nano-Needling, Derma Stamping, LED Light Therapy, product & ingredient knowledge, and more. I am always finding new ways to further my knowledge in my field. Oh, and I love bringing new services into the treatment room! p.s. a new service is coming soon. Cancellation Policy
MUST READ - Failure to do so is not accepted.
Drift Esthetics requires a card on file and non-refundable deposit for all appointments. Emergencies happen, and I completely understand that. If the situation is an emergency and you need to reschedule your scheduled appointment after the allotted 24 hour window, please contact me urgently (text, call, or email). Repetitively cancelling appointments will result in no longer being able to book appointments with Drift Esthetics. No-shows WILL be charged 100% of the entire booked appointment. Reminders for your scheduled appointment are sent through email and/or text. Please confirm your appointment and pay your deposit. If the deposit has not been paid at the time of booking, I (the owner), will authorize and collect the deposit to book the appointment. Please note, having this policy in place protects me and my small business. Please keep that in mind and be respectful when booking your appointments.
Again, Drift Esthetics requires a non-refundable deposit on all appointments (whether you book on your own through my booking site or I book the appointment for you). This deposit will come off your total at checkout. If you must reschedule your appointment, the non-refundable deposit will automatically be applied to your newly re-scheduled appointment. If you completely cancel your appointment without rescheduling, or no-show, your non-refundable deposit will not be applied to any future service and will not be returned or refunded.
