Hi, I'm Jillian, Licensed Esthetician (7 years) & owner of Drift Esthetics Skincare Studio (est. 2019). As a Wilmington native, I'm proud to have established the first ever skincare studio in Porters Neck. After struggling for years (since puberty) with acne, severe eczema, and HS, I knew I wanted to be a comfort for those struggling with their skin too. To not only guide them through their journey but to understand and relate on a personal level with how frustrating and crazy the skin can be. I’m so grateful for my clients' continued support, which has made my dream of running an esthetics business a reality. I'm excited to see what the future holds for Drift Esthetics. In August 2019, I earned my Esthetics License at Cape Fear Community College, and have since obtained multiple continuing education certifications, with a goal of ongoing learning. I might have a last minute opening or cancellation. - No returns or refunds. - Drift Esthetics is not responsible for any problems that may arise following your treatment(s). ⚠️ All clients must submit the Drift Esthetics Client Intake Form sent via email. CANCELLATION POLICY
Drift Esthetics Cancellation & Booking Policy - By booking an appointment with Drift Esthetics, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Deposits & Payment Authorization A valid card on file is required for all appointments. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, regardless of whether the appointment is scheduled online or directly through Drift Esthetics. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service at checkout. If a deposit is not successfully paid at the time of booking, Drift Esthetics reserves the right to charge the card on file to secure the appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling - Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date. In the event of an emergency that prevents you from providing 24 hours’ notice, please contact Drift Esthetics as soon as possible via phone, text, or email. Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Drift Esthetics. No-Shows & Late Cancellations - Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (“no-show”) will result in a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service cost. Deposits for no-shows or cancellations without rescheduling will be forfeited and will not be applied to future services or refunded. Repeat Cancellations - Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in restrictions on future bookings or refusal of service at the discretion of Drift Esthetics. Appointment Reminders - Appointment reminders are sent via email and/or text as a courtesy. It is the client’s responsibility to confirm appointments and ensure deposits are paid. Right to Refuse or Cancel Service - Drift Esthetics reserves the right to refuse service or cancel an appointment at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior. Client Conduct - All clients are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior. Drift Esthetics maintains a safe and welcoming environment and will not tolerate disrespectful or malicious conduct under any circumstances. Policy (Purchases) - Drift Esthetics does not perform refunds, returns, or exchanges.
