Hi, I'm Jillian, Licensed Esthetician (6 years) & owner of Drift Esthetics Skincare Studio (est. 2019). As a Wilmington native, I'm proud to have established the first ever skincare studio in Porters Neck. I’m so grateful for my clients' continued support, which has made my dream of running an esthetics business a reality. I'm excited to see what the future holds for Drift Esthetics. In August 2019, I earned my Esthetics License at Cape Fear Community College, and have since obtained multiple continuing education certifications, with a goal of ongoing learning. Cancellation Policy
MUST READ - Failure to do so is not accepted.
Drift Esthetics requires a card on file and non-refundable deposit for all appointments. Emergencies happen, and I completely understand that. If the situation is an emergency and you need to reschedule your scheduled appointment after the allotted 24 hour window, please contact me urgently (text, call, or email). Repetitively cancelling appointments will result in no longer being able to book appointments with Drift Esthetics. No-shows WILL be charged 100% of the entire booked appointment. Reminders for your scheduled appointment are sent through email and/or text. Please confirm your appointment and pay your deposit. If the deposit has not been paid at the time of booking, I (the owner), will authorize and collect the deposit to book the appointment. Please note, having this policy in place protects me and my small business. Please keep that in mind and be respectful when booking your appointments.
Again, Drift Esthetics requires a non-refundable deposit on all appointments (whether you book on your own through my booking site or I book the appointment for you). This deposit will come off your total at checkout. If you must reschedule your appointment, the non-refundable deposit will automatically be applied to your newly re-scheduled appointment. If you completely cancel your appointment without rescheduling, or no-show, your non-refundable deposit will not be applied to any future service and will not be returned or refunded.
